Hosting and server delivery

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. When you request a page, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser information, and response status may be processed to deliver and secure the site. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in reliable and secure website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting providers may retain technical logs under their own operational and security schedules.

Optional Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics by Google is disabled by default and its Analytics module is not initialized until you select “Allow analytics.” If you consent, page URL, page title, referrer, device/browser information, approximate location derived from network data, and pseudonymous identifiers may be processed to understand aggregate site use. We do not send email addresses, form values, or worksheet contents.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, provides the service and may use affiliated processors, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in Google’s data-transfer documentation. Analytics event retention follows the configured Google Analytics property controls and is limited using the criteria of aggregate site measurement and operational necessity.

Your choice is stored in your browser under website-analytics-consent. Use the persistent “Privacy settings” button to reopen the choice. After consent, Google sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_V35HXNCQP8 to distinguish browsers and maintain session state for aggregate measurement. Google provides these cookies and may retain them for up to 400 days. Declining or resetting disables future collection and deletes these Analytics cookies from this site; it cannot erase events already transmitted. You may also clear site storage in your browser.

Downloads and external links

The worksheet is a direct static download and requires no account or personal data. External vendor links take you to another controller. Their privacy terms apply after you leave SoloOps.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Changes

We update this notice when the site’s actual data flows change. Newsletter collection and paid checkout remain disabled and would require an updated notice before activation.
